Customer Service Agreements
In order to ensure complete peace of mind with your generator, we can provide you with a (CSA) Customer Service Agreement. Our CSA’s are completely tailored to your needs and can cove all scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance, service and repair with 24/7 support. Please use the below tool to receive a CSA quotation.
Genuine Parts: We only use genuine parts as part of your CSA which maximises the life and performance of your generator.
Trained Personnel: All our service technicians are trained and qualified to work on your generator, so you can be sure of a good job and quality service.
Specialised Tools: As an S.S.O.E.M of Perkins, we have access to all the required specialised tools for servicing and maintaining your generator. This involves electronic communications, diagnostic software and mechanical tools for bespoke engine parts.
Remote monitoring: We are also able to offer remote monitoring software for your genset, meaning we can fault find or diagnose problems in real time. This option ensures minimal downtime and can help with planned services and maintenance, which ultimately reduces cost.
Warranty: An extension to 2 years or 8,760 hours is included with our CSA’s. A further extension can also be incorporated if required. Please visit (warranty page) for more information.
